Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use QuoteChaser on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

QuoteChaser lets you record quotes, send manual and automatic follow-up emails to your customers, receive their replies, and see AI-generated suggestions about those replies. It is a tool you operate — it does not act as your agent and does not provide estimates, pricing advice or legal advice.

Keep your login credentials secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You are the sender of every email sent from your account. You are responsible for having a lawful basis or appropriate consent to contact each customer, and for complying with anti-spam and privacy law that applies to you (for example CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the United States).

• Do not upload contact lists you did not obtain lawfully.
• Do not send cold marketing blasts, spam, or content you have no right to send.
• Do not attempt to contact anyone who has unsubscribed or asked you to stop.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, harassing or deceptive.

We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used to send unlawful or abusive email.

AI-generated classifications and draft responses are suggestions produced automatically. They can be wrong. You must review and approve any message before it is sent, and you are responsible for the content of what you send.

• Free is $0 and includes the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Pro is $49 CAD per month. Business is $129 CAD per month.
• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Upgrading between paid plans is prorated: you pay the difference for the remaining days of the current period, then the full new price at renewal.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not delete your data when you downgrade.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

Each plan includes limits on active quotes, running automatic sequences, automated emails and AI analyses per month. When a limit is reached, that action is blocked until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets. Existing data is never deleted because of a limit.

Your business data and customer records belong to you. You can export them as CSV and delete your account at any time from Settings. We use the data only to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep QuoteChaser available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Email delivery depends on third-party providers and recipient mail servers, and cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteChaser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The "last updated" date will change and material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
